Pickled Red Onions

Instructions

  1. Place the onions in a glass jar. Mix together the vinegar, salt, sugar and boiling water, then pour into the jar with the onions, making sure that the onions are all submerged.
  2. Seal the jar, give it a shake, let it sit at room temperature for an hour, then refrigerate four hours.
